In like a lamb?

They're predicting sun and fairly mild temps today. Here's hoping it's a good one, as my job is kind of wearing me down at the moment.

I've started reading the Book of Proverbs today. One chapter a day gets you through a 31-day month.

Also, Happy Birthday to one Mr. Jensen Ackles, who turns 33 today. Thirty-three is a good number. I like it. It's pretty. A happy birthday to him, and a great year to come. Wishing him friends, fun, family (even if it's by phone), and cake. Or pie. Whichever.

Thirty-three was a pretty good year for me, iirc. I started working at the PAC at the end of 2002. I was also in two really good shows that year: USA and Harvey. I think I also did some traveling to California that year. Thirty-three is a good age to be. *nods*

Gotta go get ready for work.

Some thinky thoughts on "The French Mistake"

As I predicted, I like this ep better and better with each re-watch. In fact, had they not already done two previous meta eps, (and perhaps had I been unspoiled for it) I think I would really have liked it better at first blush than I did.

Yep, in like a lamb

The sun is shining and the crocuses are starting to bloom. It's nippy, but I have the back door open onto the screened in porch. The fresh air is nice, and the kitties are enjoying it.

And they played "The Weight" on the radio on my way home. I've never heard the actual cut before.

All in all, not a bad day.

Sad news

Yeah, I'm being spammy today.

Today I got the urge to take a look at my theater resumé. I found my handwritten one, which is more complete than my job hunting resume, but it seemed to possibly have a gap or two. So I went looking on-line for our community theatres' previous seasons.

I found Springfield Civic Theatre's site. And I found Ohio Lyric Theatre's site. But OLT didn't look like it should; there was no logo, and no specific information. So I scrolled through other Google hits. And discovered this.
