He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. (Eccl. 3:11, NIV)

Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't. ~Mark Twain

A very important question: Who is Jesus of Nazareth to you? (Jesus called the Christ, the Messiah, Yeshua Ha'Mashiach in His own language.) You needn't answer this question for me. It is something you must answer for yourself. What will you do with your answer?
Matthew 16:13-17; Mark 8:27-29; Luke 9:18-20; John 14:5-7

Every saint has a past. Every sinner has a future.

Mar. 23, 2010 . . . I've recently had a couple folks ask if they can friend me. Sure, says I. Welcome to the party. Here's my friending policy: I don't have one. Not a "formal" policy, anyway. If you think I'm interesting and want to read what I have to write, feel free to friend me. It'd be cool if you commented on the entry that made you decide to friend me, or introduce yourself, or something, but I'm not going to hunt you down and give you what for if you don't. And just FYI, I don't automatically friend people back, so please don't be offended or take it personally. If we end up engaging in a lot of conversation and/or discover that we have a lot in common, I probably will eventually. But it's okay if you just lurk, too. And if you discover that we don't have anything in common, or I'm not as interesting as you thought I was, it's okay to de-friend me, too. No harm, no foul.
Basically, life has enough stresses as it is. LJ shouldn't be one of them.
