Thirteen years and still going . . .

Yesterday was Geo's and my 13th anniversary. "Lucky 13" as everyone was calling it. :-) Our activities were much more subdued than the past several years, since neither of us knew how I would feel after the surgery.

Last year, we went to Jamestown. (I'd always intended to make a post, but I don't think I did).

For #11 (before the move), we went to Newport Aquarium in Kentucky.

For #10, we went to Nashville and Memphis, which was a grand time--dinner at the Peabody, touring Sun Studios and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Graceland.

Yesterday we simply went to Potomac Mills mall. Not what I was expecting from an outlet mall, but we did find a couple things we'd each been wanting/needing.

Plus, we had BIG PRETZELS. And they were tasty, too.

Then we had dinner at Ruby Tuesday's here in Culpeper.

So it was a pleasant, if low-key, day.

Hey, flist. I know I'm "running with a different crowd" than I did during my TS days (um, that would be The Sentinel), but you never know unless you ask, right? Or maybe you know people who know people who'd be interested.
