MBV 3D - The DVD

So yesterday I finally broke down and bought the Blu-ray 3D DVD release of MBV. Took a look at it last night.
The 3D is done in the old school style with the red and green lenses. And the 3D actually looks pretty good. The problem with the R&G format is that it kinda screws up the colors, and you can see a sort of outline around all the figures. But the animated stuff? Like the news headlines at the beginning? Very cool.
And I'm actually kind of impressed at how good it looks in 2D. We took a look at the 2D version (only the opening scene), and it didn't look gimmicky at all. So that was great.
The movie still squicks me out, but Jensen is a very good-looking guy, so, you know. I'll live with it.
