How long have I been saying that Jewel Staite should guest on SPN? Quite a while, I believe. Though admittedly, I've more often mentioned Gina Torres as a guest. Because that JUST NEEDS TO HAPPEN, PEOPLE!

I'm amused that they list Jewel as being on SGA. I mean, I know she was on the show, though I didn't watch the show myself. But I know her first from Wonderfalls (where she played a nasty wife/ex-wife of the main character's love interest), and of course Firefly, where she was the delightfully sweet Kaylee.

From the photos, it looks like things are in full swing and everyone is having a good time as usual.

In other news, Our Town has opened and closed. I'll report on that separately.

She was also on "the X-Files" as the lastest victim of a kidnapper who seemed to have a psychic connection with a surviving victim. The older survivor led Mulder and Skully to her.

I don't remember that ep specifically, but I'm not at all surprised she'd be on it. Seems the Canadian actors tend to make the rounds, doesn't it? :-)

He looks so YOUNG! He must have had a very restful, relaxing hiatus.

I didn't watch any of those shows, so I don't know who she is. But I've read enough spoilers to know who she's playing, and I'm intrigued.

Clif is kinda RIGHT THERE in all of those pictures, isn't he? I kinda hope they're not worried enough about Jensen's safety that he and Clif need to be joined at the hip.

If you can get a hold of Wonderfalls (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0361256/), I highly recommend. It ran for three episodes on FOX, but they completed their original order of 13 eps and found life through DVD sales. And there's no real cliffhanger, so it's like a 13 chapter book. Quirky and funny and clever. "Too brilliant for television," as Geo would say. It's about a girl who works in a souvenir shop at Niagara Falls. One day, inanimate animals start talking to her, telling her to do something, and as the show progresses, the directive takes on different meanings. We kind of look at it as a twist on Joan of Arc or the similar show that was on that the time (which I didn't watch), Joan of Arcadia.

Firefly (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0303461/) is good space cowboy fun. Ron Glass is the name you might recognize who was in it. Morena Baccarin was in Still Life with Jensen. Nathan Fillion, of course, now has the lead on Castle. Alan Tudyk is apparently best friends with Samantha Smith's (Mary Winchester) husband. Adam Baldwin when on to have a regular role on Chuck. But Gina Torres is one of my favorites, as I first saw her as Nebula on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.

Yep, but it doesn't seem unusual to me for Clif to be in pics like this. Yeesh, I hope there's not a reason to worry, and this is just SOP when they're out on location.
