I'm not happy that they killed Gabe. I should have seen it coming, because Richard is an awesome guest star--but I didn't. I'm annoyed that Kripke & Co. keep killing off their awesome guest stars. I guess after this long, I'm getting used to it, though. But he went out fighting, and he sided with God. And he gave the Boys information and a goal and a way to avert the Apocalypse.

I'm sad to see him go, also. But you figure they are ending this storyline completely, so all guns are blazin! No loose ends. Fresh start. No one is safe except Dean and Sam. *crosses fingers for a few others*

True, that! I just read somewhere that this finale will be very much like a *series* finale, because that's what they thought it would be. And I believe Kripke asked for extra money to "make it good." So I don't imagine many people will be left standing. Still, am very sad our Trickster is gone.

Just hope they don't kill the Impala again, like in S1...

That woman who played Kali - WHERE have I seen her before??? It's driving me crazy.

One more thought: 4-star hotel? Is it the 1950's again? 'Cause that would've been 4-star in the Catskills in the time of the Rat Pack. Snerk.

I wouldn't be surprised if he killed the Impala. He can't kill the boys, like he "may" have planned, so something beloved has got to go.

Thank you!! It was driving me NUTS! (I have very, very poor facial recognition skillz. I realize that I've seen someone before, but for the life of me I can't figure out where. Happens all the time.)

I'm kind of figuring Cas will make it through, because Kripke would be all kinds of an idiot to lose the awesome that is Misha. But ya know...I wouldn't mind if they cut Bobby back to a *very* occasional recurring character. I'm 100% over him calling Dean a whiny princess once a month.

Well, now knowing that, I'm mentally preparing myself for Sam, Dean, and the Impala to be the only ones left standing at the end of the finale. Possibly Cas, too, but I'm not taking that to Vegas. (If you've heard anything about Misha's contract, I don't want to know.)

Hey, it was definitely a 4-star hotel to Sam and Dean. Though it started out looking like the motel we pass whenever we drive through Winchester, Va (I kid you not).

I've been thinking for a couple of weeks now that I would love it if they put together a small stable of recurring guests for next year - people who DON'T DIE. A couple hunters the boys might run into now and then, who could help them with a case. Perhaps some civilians as well, like Officer Kathleen. And some worthy adversaries, a la Gordon and Henriksen. Yes, killing off a strong character in a powerful scene *does* have a big impact - but it also gets old. So, let's have some folks who survive!

I'm pretty sure she's happy because it was a good, rich episode with a lot of heart. I'm sad Gabe is gone, too, but this one really brought the squee for me.
