More con meanderings - Now with Con Vid!

Btw, I kinda love Jensen's smirk. Just FYI.
One of my fave sections of the presentation is when Jensen talks about "working with"--though Jensen didn't actually work with him--Chad Everett. He says that he and Chad met a couple times, and that Chad came to watch him shoot a few scenes. And in watching Chad play Dean, Jensen had no idea he (Jensen) was so "Clint Eastwood-like." Ha!
I mentioned this to Geo (who is far more familiar with Eastwood's work than I), and he said yeah, he can kind of see it. He then went on to say that Jensen would make a good Dirty Harry, though he'd have to wait a few years and get some age on him. Or Jensen could play Dirty Harry in a prequel exploring how Dirty Harry became Dirty Harry. (Kinda like a re-boot, yeah?)
So, you aspiring screen writers. Get on that, would you?
I also love the part of the clip wherein Jensen talks about Chad being so excited about the script and what a great opportunity it would be for Jensen and "did you lobby to do the make-up and play an old man?" and Jensen responds with, "Chad, I read this script, and I was like 'Woo hoo! Four days off!'" Hee!
Yes, Jensen amuses me. Why do you ask?
Also? Jensen's work in "The End" really should get him an Emmy nomination. Seriously. I mean, I'm not holding my breath, but I'd put any of the A-listers on the Big Three (or is it now Big Four?) up against his dual role of different versions of the same character in the same ep any day.
