Went to Vienna so Geo could go to the computer store. I went into Michaels (arts and crafts) and got a beginner's crochet kit. My grandmother taught me one stitch when I was little, the chain stitch. We shall see if I have any proficiency at the craft.
Then we went to the 3D theater in Fredericksburg to see Coraline. What an enjoyable movie! Dark and creepy, but in the way old-fashioned children's stories are dark and creepy. The puppetry was great, and I loved the soundtrack. Must find it on CD.
I've Netflixed Mad About You, and Geo and I watched a couple eps tonight. I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed that show. It's funny and sweet and snarky and real in so many ways. I've not enjoyed sit-coms in a long time, but this one is really enjoyable.
