I mentioned this to
kalquessa yesterday, and she was, reportedly, mildly amused . . .
Do you realize that both MacGyver and Young MacGyver were at your con last weekend?
There could totally have been a Q&A session.
Well, okay, maybe not, but still, that woulda been kinda cool.

I've watched "Young MacGyver" on YouTube and well, wasn't all that impressed - not with Jared's performance, but with the general storyline.

I can't recall, Ruth. Are you a TS fan? Because Jared is going to play Thomas Kincaid in an upcoming movie, and Richard Burgi is going to play his dad.

Date: 2008-08-01 04:39 am (UTC)I can only imagine how hilarious that panel would be. RDA would spend the whole time asking questions like, "Really, there was a MacGyver spin-off? For kids? How come no one ever told me about this?" and "Are you sure you were supposed to be my nephew? I guess you're tall enough, but..."
Then he would probably decide that everyone needed to hear his story about how when you're filming in Antarctica your poop freezes, again. And Jared would spend the entire thing alternating between laughter and being completely nonplussed.
