Just watched "Turn Left" . . . I love Donna.

I can so relate to her.

And I totally want her dresser. Because she always looks smashing in clothes that would look smashing on me.

There are so many reasons I love Donna. Catherine Tate is my age (give or take), she's got physical substance when she enters a scene (she's got a "real" person's figure . . . and I don't mean that as an insult to anyone else. It's just nice to see a heroine who isn't all girlish and petite for a change), she calls it like she sees it, and though I've got a much better mom than she does, I often have her feeling of "I'm nothing special, what can I do?"

And I love her wardrobe.

I've got a Catherine Tate movie from Netflix waiting to be watched . . . "Love and Other Disasters." I think we'll watch it tonight. Look for the review in a day or so.

And yes, I love the icon. ♥

Catherine Tate is fantastic, talented, funny, inspiring and very real. Totally hear that.

Let me know how that film is! I am going to see if I can catch her on stage in London (but doubt I will make it/be able to get tix).
