SPN - 9.03 - "I'm No Angel"

Poor Dean. He tries so hard to take care of his family and friends, and he's just being run ragged by it. He's going to have so many lies going that eventually something's going to trip him up, and it will all fall down around him.

*hugs Dean*

I still hope Zeke is one of the good guys. There's obviously something up with him . . . maybe he was leading an underground resistance or something. It would seem he's got reason to hide from the angels that are after Cas.

Jensen did a fantastic job in the scene after Cas was killed. Oh, Dean.

However, I still intensely dislike how they use a majority of the angel characters. Seriously.

I'm guessing that there were many out-takes during the scene discussing Castiel's hedonism. I'm expecting them to show up in next year's gag reel.

I am highly skeptical about next week. So far, eps with Charlie have been hit or miss. I liked the first one with her, not so much the second, then really liked the third. So this one seems to be set as a "not so much" ep. I might be surprised, but . . . as I said, highly skeptical

The parts that I liked of this ep I really liked but the other ones I was just kind of meh about. Though there were lots of small touches I really liked.

Same. Jensen looked great as usual, and I think the interactions between Dean and Zeke are going to continue to be interesting. (I'm really hoping that Zeke isn't a straight-up bad guy.)

Castiel's stuff didn't really do much for me, but . . . whatever.

My reaction was - Oz? seriously? have the writers been trolling the internet for goof-ball ideas?

(On the other hand, if they dressed Jared as the Cowardly Lion I will fall off the couch laughing)

I am very skeptical of next week. Given that it's a Charlie ep (whom I generally like, but her eps have been hit-or-miss), I'm guessing it's a Robbie Thompson penned ep, and his eps can be really, really good, or really, really annoying.
