This vid gives a little bit of background to what happened with the When Harry Met Sally . . . script. Apparently, someone handed it to them and asked them to act out that scene. The poor girl who delivers the punchline was pulled at random from the audience by Misha. Jensen (and Misha, for that matter) needs to work on his New York Jewish accent, because all I'm hearing is New York Italian. Hee! Though to be fair, it's short notice, and when you're actually performing it, they feel similar. It just adds to the hilarity.

And it was JENSEN'S choice to make both characters gravelly Jewish men? O.o Oh, Jensen. Your sense of humor never ceased to amuse me. And he knows his audience so well. "This is the one and only time this will ever happen. So don't start comin' up here with scripts. I know you." And he does! Oh, Jensen, how is it that every time I think I could not love you more, you do something awesome or hilarious, and I do!?!?!?

However, Misha, I want to point out to you that you're doing theater, not TV, in this set-up. The chairs were set up properly the first time. The whole time I was watching yesterday's clip, I kept thinking, "You need to cheat out, guys, so the audience can see you better." But, whatever. It's hilarious.

HOWL!!!!!!!!! I watched that first clip of this scene yesterday about a dozen times, but this is the first time I saw the longer version. Sweeeeeet! Thanks for that. Puts a smile on my face for the entire day. ;D

I think Misha just re-enacted the scene from the vovie with chairs positioned like there. But i wouldn't complain if they'd do it theater-wise facing the public :)
