Yes, Dean does look rather fetching in the halo. And I agree with girlyghoul70; they look like they might be coins, like luck coins . . . possibly teeny medallions. You might be able to find something similar?

They're hard to see even with blowing the picture all the way up but they look sort of like Chinese luck coins. Some significance? Or just something nice and jangly to wear 'round that purty neck? I guess we'll find out... or maybe they'll never be mentioned at all- LOL!

If you click on the picture three times, you should get the largest version of the pic. Hopefully your eyes aren't too back to see it when it's at full size. :-)

I'm wondering if this is something that the artist decided to photoshop in, or if it's something that will come up later in the season. Lisa giving it to him would certainly make things interesting!

Also, in my brain, Sam has his soul back and is calling Lisa to try to smooth things over with her for Dean. It's . . . not going particularly well. [/muse]

Dude, that DOES get huge. I had to blow it up to see what you mean. Those are all Jensen's, even the wristband. I'm glad that they didn't try to schop them out ; there's too much schopping as it is. Apparently they no longer own pores. 0.o

I have often wonder what he wears on the chain I occasionally see peeking out in convention photos. So, they're probably not particularly significant to the character this season?

I think it's supposed to look like a painting or artist's rendering or something. To me, it looks like the cover of a tie-in novel. Meh.

It's a keyhole. I think the other one is probably Saint Christopher, but IDK, I never looked that closely. No, not significant so much to Dean. Promos are always weird for me because in some they dress as themselves and in others they dress like Sam and Dean, but in most promo pictures, I see a random mix in Jensendean and Jaredsam when it comes to "who is driving", for lack of a better term.
