Chicas! Was on Amazon looking for something, and I stumbled across an interview clip with Jensen talking about the similarities between Dean Winchester and The Red Hood.

So, the question arises: Are the extras on the Blu-Ray different from the extras on the standard DVD? Are there interviews with the voice actors on the standard? I'm so confused!

Have you already watched your extras on the DVD? This might be an interview that's exclusive to Amazon. I remember around the time Pearl Jam's last album was coming out they had some videos of the band recording on Amazon. When I downloaded the album- it came with two videos but the footage wasn't exactly the same as what had been shown on Amazon before the release.

Cous! My f-list has been so quiet I though maybe my posts were getting lost in the ether of cyberspace.

Yes, we've watched all of the extras--the Robin retrospectives, 2 of the 4 B:TAS eps, the trailers and previews, the Jonah Hex short . . . Geo is so freakin' diverse and knowledgeable. I'd never heard of Jonah Hex before, and he was all like, "It's a combination of this and this plus this." We watched it, and he was all, "Yep, that's what it is."

Someone somewhere mentioned a commentary on the DVD, but I can't find a commentary track anywhere.

I'm so confoozed. :-/

Well, I think lots of folks are on vacation. There's a girl who posts fic everyday and I read it everyday and she was complaining that I am the only audience she has LOL! But my guess for her is the same for you- that flisties and constant readers are all getting in as much fun in the sun as they can before school starts.

But I sent you email last week, so you know I'm still around (unless that got lost in the ether).

I don't know what Geo said about Jonah Hex, but it always made me think of Stephen King's the Gunslinger. Not sure if that's one of the things Geo said it was mixed with or not.

Ooo, the gunslinger. :)

Yeah, I think a lot of folks are on vacation or something--so many people on my flist got so quiet over the past couple of weeks! (Not you, Fee. *g*)

Well, I know that a lot of people are living their lives right now, as it should be. You've got things going on, Kalquessa has the wee one, Carol has her mom, kimmer I guess has been painting and working on her house (something I should be doing, actually) . . . Life takes people away in different directions. I've gotta learn to accept that gracefully.

It just kinda leaves me lonely and pathetic. :-/

Now go study, missy.

I studied! :) Spent more than an hour being tutored in algebra over the phone and internets by Mr. Bill.

....math is sort of my nemesis.

No, he didn't say anything about Stephen King. I'll have to ask him again what he said.

Yes, I did get the e-mail last week! I need to go re-read it to reply.

We finished watching the other 2 B:TAS eps last night. Turns out that the 4th on is the ep that Geo's storyboard lithograph that I got him was from. I'm also now understanding the difference in the voices and portrayals of the characters, and understanding why Ms. Romano and the actors made the choices they did.
