Dudes!!! . . . Chicas!!!! Jensen responded to one of my LJ posts!!!

Well, not exactly. I mean, the man wouldn't know me from Eve or my LJ from . . . anything Eve might have written. But someone asked a question that I discuss in this post.

And Jensen has a response! (And it makes me all giddy and wubbly.) (Start at the 3:00 mark.)

Also, Jensen and Danneel apparently ventured to the Buckeye State for their honeymoon. (Not really. *g*)

Though I'd tell Jensen that while Akron is far from my favorite place in Ohio, there is a really cool theater there (Akron Civic Theatre), and he and Danneel could have stayed at Quaker Square, a hotel that was built in a series of grain silos. The rooms are round. It's pretty cool. (Actually, one of the best weekend getaways Geo and I have ever had was a show at the Akron theater and an overnight in that hotel.) :-)

They weren't actually. Jensen said that he and Danneel went to Akron, OH, for their honeymoon. Then he did is little Eddie Izzard smirk/head shake combo.

In a different clip, he mentions that he was on his honeymoon at a resort. Somehow, I don't remember Akron having any resorts.

Ah, I didn't hear the honeymoon part. Just that they were traveling and that he rattled off a few different places.

I'm disappointed that 2 guys from Texas, where football is king, don't know that the football hall of fame is in Canton. (I'm not from Ohio and I know that)

I love Jensen's responses in both of these videos! I loved when he flashed his ring. awww...

Yeah, I kinda wanted to correct him on that, too. :-) But I guess I figure he probably doesn't know much about Ohio except what he learns from doing Show. (I wonder if they got to sample any buckeye candy when they did "Monster at the End of This Book.")

I miss the ring on his right hand, but I love seeing the ring on his left. It's kind of hard to miss with his hand gestures and the way he strokes his beard now when he's thinking. Hee!

And yes, he's been great in these videos. Such an intelligent, thoughtful, funny person.

Hi,

I'm the someone who asked the question in Barcelona... almost two years ago. Oh, how I wish he had elaborated a little more on that answer, because it took me quite some time to get the courage to ask, and also because I had to lie to the girl who was monitoring the queue to make sure all questions were appropriate. Anyway, his answer was cute, but I wish I'd been given to ask my follow up question, which was: is it intended or not? Is it scripted? Or is that something you each added to your characters from instinct?

Hee! I'm glad you asked the question. I was tickled by his answer.

If you get a chance and are interested, I've written on the topic since then. All such posts are tagged "the boys and their women."
