Also, I have a feeling I missed portions of key exchanges because our reception dropped out. *sigh*

We have to wait until March 25 for the next ep? But . . . but . . . Dean is having an existential crisis! We can't just leave him there! *hugs him tight*

He really really does. I was so afraid he was gonna say Yes. He's so hopeless. Gah! He kills me ded.

I hate to say it, but I loved the gore! It was awesomely disgusting! I luv you, Ben. You sick bastard.

It did bug me that Dean just held the knife and didn't at least go for the ring finger. I know he was kinda in shock by bloodmouth!Sam, but still.

I was also very annoyed by the THEN. I knew it would be a horsemen episode since it was referenced. That really spoils my spoiler free happy place. No biggie, but I would have preferred the surprise.

I don't like gore. I keep having to mute the TV and turn away. :(

Not sure when I'll get to watch the episode - or if I even want to. I'm reading all the comments and nothing is saying, "Ooh, you gotta see this!"

The teaser is the gorefest. The other gore is probably on par with normal level SPN gore.

I thought it was a fairly intense episode. Evil!Sam is sadly starting to be my favorite flavor of Jared, so that was good. Famine was mega creepy. TWOP seems rather positive in the comments, but I don't know. Watch it. Don't watch it. *shrugs* You got 6 weeks til the next one.

I was so sure that Dean was going to say yes, and that's where they were going to leave it. I fully expect Jensen to have the opportunity to play Michael before the season is over.

The gore . . . I . . . could have done with less. But this is a horror show, so . . . you know . . .

Yeah, I wanted Dean to go for the ring finger, too, but between the shock and the demons being in the way, I'll go with it.

I was, for a moment, expecting it to be about Death. Because last we saw Lucifer, he was calling forth Death. So, ya know?

I'm looking forward to the download to see what I missed.

I'm rewatching now, and poor Misha, for having to smash his face with.... whatever the hell that was he was eating. Good time, huh Misha.

I'm feeling a little better about Dean and the knife. I think it's realistic that he would freeze like that. He was freaked the hell out watching his brother. I know I like to think he's Superman, but he ain't made of steel. Oh, Dean.

The last scene was very good and i was hoping he'll say Yes.
But other that that? I think i'm done with this show.

I'm sitting at work (at almost 11:00 at night) reading the posts at TWoP and thinking, I don't know if I even want to watch the episode. Apparently it's even more disgusting than "Metamorphosis," which I hated. But that one scene with Dean sounds intriguing. Can I just watch that?

Um . . . you can speed past the gore. And Cupid is only in it as a clue to the greater problem. A couple of exchanges between Sam and Dean were good (I think. My reception fritzed out). The major character point is the scene between Dean and Famine, and the at the very end.

Geo thought it was better than last week, if that's any help.

I'm slow but yes, you can. Actually except one stoopid scene the ep isn't that bad but that scene struck me so hard i couldn't enjoy the whole ep after that. But that last Dean's scene is The Ackting in full mode! It's short and so beautifully depressing, so powerful i suggest you to watch it. Just prepare some alcohol first.

I just asked Geo what he thought the beef might have been ('cause they're surely not going to have Misha eat raw beef). He thought maybe some sort of batter or frosting, or maybe even a vegetable protein of some sort.
