Oy. That ep . . . was very uncomfortable for me. Don't know if I want to go into much detail, and if I do, I might lock the post (so if you're really interested, you might want to give me a heads-up).

But the second half I liked. Once we were all on the same page (meaning me, Dean, and Sam).

I particularly liked Dean laying it on the line for Gary. "If you were of voting age, you'd be dead. Because we would kill you." Yes, kid. In case you missed it, that's what they do.

Plus, there was some really rather angsty stuff sandwiched in there.

More about it this weekend, though.

Huh, i liked the second part more too (because first part was boring to hell). Still i had a lot of issues with JP's performance.
Ah, and i give you a heads up ;)

I didn't really like this episode. I had a lot of issues with it.

Does Dean know about the bounty on his head? We didn't see Gary or Sam tell him. That may be a little important.

What's sad is that Dean knew it wasn't Sam because Sam said some nice things to him, just like John in Devil's Trap.

I think it's pretty obvious to Dean that the demons are out to get him, bounty or no. Meg told him that "every demon, every single one, wants a piece of you." And the demon parent of Jesse told told Dean, "Hurting you is encouraged." So I think Dean knows that the demons are out to get him.

Yeah, the thing about Dean being surprised that Sam would tell him he's a good guy broke my heart a little bit.

I agree that Dean knows about demons wanting him, but the fact that there's an actual reward out there, might make others more aggressive and, obviously, they're not scared of the angels, (or, in this case, it appears that they haven't heard about the angels). I guess this would make it "real" instead of just something Meg said. You're right, though, it doesn't really make a difference, they're still after him and he knows it.
