A quiet day in the office.

I received an e-mail from Staples, thanking me for a purchase I made a couple weeks ago. But my work e-mail does not automatically download the images, so I only have the text to go by.

And what I saw on the email was this:

Lubricant Sheets

Thank you for your purchase

Okay, "lubricant sheets" is not something I expect to see in business-related correspondences. So I read a little more closely. Staples Shredder Lubricant Sheets. WT??? What is this? Some sort of bizarre-o spam mail? A virus? A hoax?

So I click for the photos, in the hopes that something will make more sense. Ah-ha!

Yes, I did purchase a shredder last week. Yes, I did apply for the rebate and register it for maintenance purposes.

Do I want to buy the accessory of shredder lubricant sheets? Which you send through the shredder to lubricate the blades/gear/whatever. Ah! No, thanks. Not right now.

I totally need a "Bzuh?" icon. Because that was really my initial reaction.
