Random up-date-y thing

There are several entries I've been meaning to make. Maybe I'll get around to one of them this evening. In the meantime, life is all
Work at the jewelry store/pawn shop is better, although I really don't think I'm cut out for it. I've only been there 4 days and already I've started a collection of colorful stories of our clientele. And this job serves to remind me how truly cool my job at the theater is.
As it turns out, I might not be there past the Christmas season anyway because George has more definite information about our move. Or, as "more definite" as the government can be on this thing. The move is still "on schedule" (and 10 years behind), which means that George will be getting his "orders to report" at the end of November, giving us 4 months to get packed up, get the house sold, get another house--or loft apartment; that's what I'm hoping for. Bwah--and get moved. And me find a job.
Then comes the everyday life stuff: finding a new church, finding doctors and service people, and getting settled socially. Thank God this won't actually make a huge difference in my 'Net friendships. Though come to think of it, prayer for good Internet service would be a good thing.
*sigh*
Prayer is much appreciated. God, grant me whatever it is I need to get through this, please?
In other news, I'm apparently really looking forward to the Numb3rs season premiere because I dreamed about it last night.
