The things I liked least about this episode were the torture of Alfie, and the route they're continuing with the angels. Honestly, I'm so ready to be over the whole angel business already.
The stuff between the brothers was, imo, needed. Dean needs to cut Sam loose and make Sam make a decision. But Dean cutting Benny loose just hurt. I just re-watched that last scene, and that was so incredibly hard for Dean to do. It was hurting him to do it. I
So, yeah, don't expect a lot of feel-good stuff. I might re-watch the whole thing (if I can sit through the torture and Crowley) and hit a few points because there were some notes that jumped out at me.
