They do seem to be giving those "We fight Crime!" poses here.

But I'm going to say they are the long lost grandchildren of a malevolent oil tycoon who disowned their mother after she ran off become a Trapise Artist in a traveling circus and married the Strong Man. After their parents' tragic demise involving a runaway Cotton Candy cart, the three siblings were raised by the Bearded Lady and learned the survival skills of Carny Folk. The guy in the leather jacket, he's a master con artist and expert barker and proudly has kept the same Giant Teddy Bear as a prize at the Ring Toss since 1985. No one, but no one can ever win one of his games! He can also guess your weight and age with a 99.9% rate of accuracy.

The girl she followed in both her parents footsteps as the circus's trapise artist and Strong Woman. She can catch a 50lb weight in her teeth while doing a triple sommersault in the air!

The guy in the stiped shirt? He's known as the Elephant Whisperer!

But when the Bearded Lady whispers the truth of their lineage on her death bed (another Cotton Candy related tragedy... he beard got caught in the spinner), they come to confront their wicked grandfather and claim what is rightfully theirs!

Look at their faces! They mean business, Grandpa! DUN DUN DUN!!!
