Peach Blanket Bingo

Last weekend, I sold my first crochet project. It was to my mom, true, but I think it was indicative of the really good price someone can get for one of these projects and I can still double what I spent on supplies (hours of working on it was not factored).

She purchased it for the baby shower of one of the next door neighbors I used to babysit. Yeah.

It measures about 30" x 30" and is actually peach in color, though it might look pink in the picture. I'm thinking about pairing this same yarn with a white yarn to give it an orange dreamsicle look.

That's lovely! I have zero talent for things like that (I used to knit square "scarves" as a kid, but that's as far as it went) so I'm doubly impressed.
