An exhausting Sunday

Dudes. Time change? Plus service time change? Plus not playing well on piano?
*iz dead*
It started yesterday when I woke up at 6:20am. In my haze, I thought "spring ahead," so I adjusted the clock, looked again, and realized it was 7:20am. I have to be at church for rehearsal/warm-up at 8:30. It takes 40 - 60 minutes to get there. I startled out of sleep and told George, "We should be leaving house right now!" And George says, "Why? It's Saturday. We don't have to be anywhere."
Oh, hallelujah! But I was already awake from the adrenaline spike. So no going back to sleep for me. :(
Then this morning was, of course, the time change. *yawn* Left the house at 7:45am.
My piano playing skills fell tragically short this morning. I felt terrible after and wanted to cry. The music director assured me that it would take time for us all to mesh. I'll give it another go next week.
On a better note, we ran the Easter play beginning to end twice. I went off book today (though I did have to call for lines), and our child actor is off book, too. Impressive!
Then out to lunch before going back to the church for family movie night, which is something George has been asked to head up--movie night once a month. Tonight he showed the original silent (1927) version of King of Kings. Everyone seemed to really like it. It's a very long movie, though, 2 1/2 hours.
We got home shortly after 9:00pm.
I'ma catch up on the f-list and go crash.
