Hey, any chance I can see your adapted scenes soon?

Sure. I'll try to get it to you sometime today. Have you tried out the Celtx program yet? That's part of why this is finally getting converted. It's really easy to use. Or should I send this as richtext?

As for a play...wow. There are quite a few Shakespeare plays with roles for that age man. Tragedy, comedy, or dramedy?

Well, I was going for something with a really good love speech in it, something to make a fan!girl swoon. And I kind of wanted to go with something that hasn't been done very often. Anthony & Cleopatra crossed my mind, but I've never seen it and I've never read it, so I'd have to read it before I make my decision on that.

However, the thought occurred to me to go ahead and use something I'm already familiar with. As I was getting ready for bed, something I told you about RM kinda struck me as something my POV character might say about the actor character in question. So I might go ahead and use the "To be or not to be" speech from Hamlet . . . I'm not sure.

If you've got other suggestions, that would be great. Tragedy works best for my Fan!girl character, comedy works best for my POV character. Romance would work for either. And it doesn't have to be Shakespeare, as long as it's something I can use without having to worry about copyright issues. I even toyed with using Poe (I've seen some good stage adaptations of his stuff), but that's not really the flavor I'm going for. *g*

Don't mind me. I'm just thinking out loud.
