It's entirely possible that it's the color correction and/or filters that are highlighting the shadows around his eyes. But I'd also believe that it was the make-up used, because different make-up looks different through different filters and corrections. Whatever the cause, I find that his eyes seem more shadowed during the darker scenes.

I'm actually really impressed with the realism with which they do their trauma-type make-up. Though I guess that's probably one of the most common effects in TV and film, so the industry has had decades of practice.

Thanx, hon. It's not you maybe it's just me :) I kinda see something in Taunt's cap but in first 3 i can't see what i meant to see - for me it's more like filters (on the first one when his right eyes has more light on it there's no line there - oly eyelashes that's why i thought it was just light and no lines. I'm sure it's just easy for you to see because you're familiar with stuff like this so bear with me and my bad eyes and thanx for help.

It's okay. You're right about the first one. There's no line like I'm talking about, just his lashes and maybe a light little bit of liner beneath the lash line that blends into the lashes. The line I'm talking about only appears in the third pic. I included the first to to show him without the line to give a comparison.

But as I said, if you can't see it or don't notice it as such, that's a good thing. :-)
