I just sauteed together shredded green and purple cabbage, sprinkled liberally with julienned carrots and a handful of chopped mushrooms in buter-flavored olive oil (http://www.folivers.com) and in a separate pan browned up some locally produced Irish Bangers (http://www.hartmannssausage.com - fifty year anniversary). I may have some hard cider later. :)
