Did you see stills for this ep? I think it's a possession. And considering how thorough the show now is eliminating everything (and everyone) sera created i wouldn't bet on anything about poor Lisa.
At the most recent con, Jensen said that he couldn't see Dean making a life with any woman I'm not sure that was his view of Dean. I think it's what he was told will happen on the show so he *PR-ed* what he was told. I'm with you here i think Dean is ready to have a real family of his own.
