I don't even think she should temper what she said. I only hope Dean will be able to listen to her because her words were absolute truth. Dean thinking he's a killer isn't new though. I think it already was addressed in S4 (or S3, don't remember). And i think him thinking so is a regress from what he achieved in that last year :(
