Confoozed and not a small bit of concerned

So, now, for your convenience, you can crosspost to Twitter and FB. Great. I won't be doing that. I have different peeps on my LJ than I do on my FB, and there's a reason they're separate.
But wait.
You can crosspost comments, too. Including comments in flocked and screened entries. NOT. GOOD. I won't be doing that either. I like to think I have more respect for others than that, to purposely open their private journals to people they don't know.
I'm sure I don't need to tell my flist this. It's more of a gentle reminder. But I'm going to say it anyway. (This is probably more for folks who are going to set their default to crosspost anything so that it will happen without even having to make that decision consciously, but it applies to everyone.)
Please do not x-post anything from my journal to other media sites. Even if it's a comment you make, it's still my journal, and that's like handing my diary to everyone on your FB and/or Twitter, and even if it's a public post, but especially if it's a locked post, I'm sure I don't need to tell you what a breach of trust that is.
As it stands, should I make a locked post, until LJ gets their head out of the sand and realizes how they've violated our privacy (which, when used in context with the internet, I realize is something of an oxymoron), it's quite likely the only way you'll be able to respond, should you so desire, is to send me a PM, as I am seriously considering disabling the comment option on locked posts.
If anyone has a more efficient suggest (preferably one that does not require creating another account on another social website elsewhere . . . though I suppose that suggestion is not off the table . . .), I'd be interested.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
