So. I just read a quote from Kripke (via Ausiello and DigitalSpy), and it appears that Lisa and Ben are not going to shuttled off into no-man's land, never to be heard from again.

You know how I was wanting something along the lines of the Harvelles? With Dean (Bill) hunting and Lisa (Ellen) and Ben (Jo) holding down the fort at home? It sounds like I might be getting something akin to that scenario.

You might have heard a small squee from the vicinity of northern Virginia.



So I've skimmed a EW interview with Eric (nothing I didn't already know, and when it looked like it was going to talk about more than I already know, I skipped that part). It sounds like he's still going to be quite involved in the show. He might write, and he's scheduled to direct. Sera and Bob Singer have been pitching ideas to him, and he's been pitching ideas. (I'm delighted Bob Singer is still on board. I still can't understand how the rumor got started that he was stepping down.) What I've heard so far makes me excited for the new season. I'm excited.
