SPN - 6.22

I want to cry from the stress! My word!

I'm crushed by the route Cas is taking. WT???? qwo[eirj;fghjkas'df;lt;lasdfiho;ip[owe

Cas is the new Big Bad with the scrambled senses, and I really wish they'd leave God out of it. (When Dean thought Cas might be God at the end of last season, I was so touched by the idea--not totally on board with it, but touched). Tonight? Guh!

*flail*

On the bright side, they didn't kill off Ben and Lisa. *whimper*

I just want to know, where do they intend to GO with this? It's Dean and Sam and Bobby against...God? Or something with Godlike powers? Excuse me? Now they need to locate someone or something who's *stronger* than that? (Chuck?) Or spend the whole season trying to appeal to Cas's dormant sense of compassion?

I keep wanting them to go smaller and more intimate, like S1. Instead, they keep getting bigger. Arrrgh.

Although I will say, I LIKED both episodes, and wasn't tempted to play my computer game because I was bored or frustrated.

I'm guessing Cas also wiped the memories of all of Lisa and Dean's neighbors, Dean's co-workers, etc?

Dear the CW: You can update your stupid, add-ridden, freeze-prone streaming player aaaaaanytime you want. Now would be good, for instance. Or now. Or now.

Okay. I feel like that particular two-parter was unnecessarily ouchy on a whole new scale. And I'm not really looking forward to next season. Let me know if things get less miserable, maybe I'll tune in then. Not that this seems likely.

(Although: Jo from Eureka! And Jurassic Park reference! You were bright spots in an otherwise torturous episode!)
