It must be a little difficult . . .
First, to be perfectly clear: I do not mean this to be offensive or insulting in any way. Given that the only language I speak with any proficiency is my native language, English (and American English at that--Mid-Western American English, if you want to get really specific), I tip my proverbial hat to those who can read/write and/or speak a second language with any sort of fluency.
It must be very difficult/frustrating/challenging at times to be an active part of an active fandom the source material for which is not in one's native tongue. I mean, I know I miss a lot of in-jokes in British properties like Dr. Who simply because I don't have a British point of reference for the more obscure (to me) references. Geo, being much more in tune with such things, often has to explain things to me. (Heck, he often has to explain the classic rock references in SPN because I don't have t touchstone for all of them, either.) But to be an active member of an active fandom--and going to conventions where the actors don't speak your language, and you only rudimentarily understand theirs--must be a challenge.
Here's what brings this up: I was watching the following video and became very confused. The text that the vid-maker includes as sort of a "synopsis" of what's going on says that Jared and Jensen assisted the bride who fell at a wedding.
But that's not what Jensen says at all. Or am I missing something? Is it maybe the fact that the woman was apparently carrying flowers that leads to the supposition that it was the bride?
The vid-maker of this particular vid gets a little carried away with the "production value" of the vid. Lots of music and graphics and such. But it's still work a look-see simply for the clarity of vid and audio quality, and the inclusion of little tidbits that I haven't seen show up in other clips from the con. Jensen's portion starts at the 1:50 mark.
This next vid is also worth a look-see for the tidbits that didn't make it into any other clip I've seen. Same vid-maker. Jensen's portion starts at the 1:20 mark.

Asylum
But, to be fair to all vidders, there were a lot of screamers. It was hideous in the room. During the first morning I sat in front of three Spanish women who literally screamed the whole morning. I was deafened and annoyed that I was actually missing what Jensen and Jared said.
However, I did create a list of YT videos, arranged by vidder, so that you can skip a batch of the poorer quality ones.

Or if you want to watch by question/answer I embedded all the videos I found in the transcript of Jensen's interviews with the tag "YT" at the question they start. (Oh, yes there were other people there too....see index pages, but generally I tend to be more closely focussed on Jensen in my write-ups).

And, yes, the sweet old lady was 99% certainly not the bride, given that we got three very complete versions of what happened from Jason, Jensen and Jared on Sunday.
