The Jealousy Factor

Huh. I wonder if Jealousy actually will show up as a green-eyed monster or demon. Is Jealousy one of the seven deadly sins?

Anyway . . .

If Sam is the one to gank Benny, it's not going to be solely because Benny is a vampire. It's going to be out of jealousy and revenge that Benny has (or seems to have) taken his place in Dean's life and heart. And perhaps because Benny did what Sam didn't even try to do.

Benny being a vampire is just going to be an excuse.

Heh. Probably not. I was just re-watching the final scene this morning, and I was getting some jealousy vibes from Sam. Like he was going to put Dean in the position of choosing between the two of them. His "I might be that hunter that ices Benny" and "Yeah, you keep saying that," when Dean mentions crossing bridges sounds like a challenge, or even a threat.
