Yeah, the costumes were sent to L.A. for a photo shoot, and Dean's jacket and Cas's trench coat disappeared. They were able to replace the trench coat, but Dean's jacket was vintage from a vintage or second-hand store. One of a kind. I'm surprised they didn't have a duplicate made, but apparently, they didn't.

I don't actually "miss" the jacket, but I kinda really do.
