I have thoroughly enjoyed the J&J breakfast and panel vids from last weekend. Those guys just tickle me to no end.
At the recommendation of my endocrinologist, I've started seeing a nutritionist. She hasn't really told me anything I don't already know. I just need to do it. Having specific goals will help, I think.
My dad has been in the hospital for over a week. We're finally getting the opportunity to visit this weekend. Prayers, good thoughts, and humming are appreciated.
Some pat-on-the-back type stuff has happened this week, which is nice. Maybe will write about that later.
